Vaish Technical Institute, Rohtak through its Principal filed under Section 29 read with Section 32 of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 as well as summoning orders dated 11.02.2019 and 28.07.2025, passed by Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtak. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has presented one order dated 12.05.2026, and has submitted that similar complaint against the similarly situated persons is likely to be withdrawn. 4. Only bailable warrants are stated to have been issued qua the petitioner, thus, no ground is made out to interfere.
