It is submitted that the recommendation of the respondent-HSSC would be forwarded within a period of 03 days from today to the authority who has to issue the appointment letter. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but the respondent be bound by the statement made before this Court. 3.
