(ORAL) Challenge in the present appeal is to the order dated 01.04.2026 passed by learned Single Judge. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the challan has already presented by the police on 11.09.2023, but no further action is being taken by the competent Court of law in pursuance thereto, which is causing prejudice to the appellant, who is the complainant. Learned counsel further submits that appropriate direction be issued to the concerned Court for proceeding further in accordance with law. 3. In case the fact that the challan has already been presented by the authorities, let the competent Court of law dealing with the issue decide further course of process to be undertaken, as to whether the challan so presented is to be accepted so as to frame charges or whether any further investigation is required, or any other process needs to be adopted which the Court deem fit,
