Perusal of file reveals that appellant No.2 who is legal representative of respondent No.1 was resident of District Patiala at the time of filing of this appeal i.e. in the year 1995, whereas as per affidavit dated 13.03.2000, she is stated to be resident of village Ramgarh, P.O. Babial, Tehsil and District Ambala. In view of above, order dated 29.04.2026 is modified to the extent that “Superintendent of District Court, Pathankot” be substituted with “Superintendent, District Court, Ambala”.
