Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0417 dated 30.12.2025 under Section 306 of BNS, 2023 , registered at Police Station Murthal, Sonepat. 2.
