The instant revision petition, preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assails the order dated 01.10.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bawal, vide which the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the suit itself stands decided on 07.02.2026, as a result of which, the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
