In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 04.08.2022 (Annexure P-12), whereby, the petitioner was held not eligible under the EWS category and overage under the general category for the purpose of appointment on the post of Constable (Male). 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has already been appointed in some other department, as such, learned counsel on instructions from the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.
