Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.44, dated 06.03.2026 registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 333, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Sushant Lok, District Gurugram and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. The FIR in question was lodged by complainant-respondent No.2 and the investigation commenced thereon. However, with the intervention of respectables, finally the parties arrived at settlement and they resolved their inter se dispute, which is apparent from Annexure P-2.
