By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.141 dated 14.11.2025 registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 324(4), 309(6) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad. 2. In the present matter, a compromise has been effected between the parties.
