Learned State counsel appears in pursuance of advance copy of the paper book having been served upon him and on instructions from Tarsem Goyal, Reader to Financial Commissioner, submits that in all probabilities, the prayer regarding grant of stay made by the petitioner, along with the statutory revision, would be considered and decided by learned Financial Commissioner on the date already fixed i.e. 07.05
