The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.34 dated 15.04.2025 registered under Sections 21(c) of NDPS Act (Sections 29, 23 of NDPS Act, Section 111 of BNS and Section 52 Prison Act added later on) at Police Station Dorangla, District Gurdaspur. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Kuldeep Singh, Baljinder Singh and Namandeep Singh (granted bail vide order dated 24.03.2026 passed in CRR-2184-2025) were apprehended by police party. Kuldeep Singh threw a packet on the ground which was found to contain 255 grams of heroin. The arrested accused disclosed about an FIR No.21 dated 14.03.2025 U/s 21(c), 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act, Section 10, 11, 11(a) of Aircraft Act and Sections 25, 54 and 59 of Arms Act, P.S. Dorangala.
