It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.28 dated 19.01.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 115, 190, 191(3), 351(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [Corresponding Sections 323, 141, 147/148, 506, 325, 324 and 326 of Indian Penal Code, 1860], Police Station Shahabad, District Kurukshetra. 2. Vide order dated 02.04.2026 the petitioner(s) was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer.
