The present Petition has been filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking to modify the Arbitral Award dated 10.11.20162 on the limited ground that the same suffers from a manifest computational inconsistency in calculating the mesne profits granted in favour of the Petitioner.
