Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order dated 05.09.2025 passed by the learned Rent Controller wherein provisional assessment of rent was made, is already under challenge before the learned Appellate Authority in RA Nos.43 & 46 of 2025 and the same are now pending for 24.07.2026.
