Counsel for the petitioner submits that a unit was allotted to petitioner under the Affordable Housing Policy, which has been cancelled by respondent No.3 vide order dated 23.03.2026, Annexure P-4 and petitioner has filed a complaint under Section 31 of Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Annexure P-6, which has been listed for 07.08.2026. Counsel states that an application, Annexure P-8, has been moved for preponement but it has also not been heard. Petitioner has expressed an apprehension that, even before the complaint is heard, private respondent may create third party rights in the allotted unit, which will defeat the claim of petitioner.
