It is averred that the petitioners are major and are staying together in live-in relationship. However, their relationship is not acceptable to the private respondents and as a result, thereof, the private respondents are threatening the petitioners. A representation dated 22.05.2025 (Annexure P- 3) against the threat extended at the hands of the private respondent(s) already stands submitted by the petitioners to the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Patiala, Punjab.
