The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure P-6), passed by respondent No.1, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from BPEO, Quaidan-2, District Gurdaspur to BPEO, Jhunir-1, District Mansa. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to pass the order qua the petitioner to continue his service at his place of appointment i.e. BPEO, Quaidan-2, District Gurdaspur. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
