The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No.288 dated 29.10.2025 for the commission of offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 340 and 61 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District Faridabad (Annexure P-1), along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR is being sought on the basis of compromise between the parties dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
