Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, a speaking order dated 12.05.2026 has been passed, which has been annexed as Annexure R-1/1 with the compliance affidavit dated 12.05.2026. A copy of the said compliance affidavit has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings in case some grievance is still left. 3.
