(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that from the impugned judgments and decrees dated 13.09.1995 and 18.01.1994 passed by the Courts below, two RSA i.e. RSA Nos.218 and 219 of 1996 had arisen. 2. RSA No. 219 of 1996 was disposed of being infructuous vide order dated 02.03.2023 in view of settlement arrived at between the parties. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since settlement has been arrived at, therefore, present regular second appeal be also disposed of in terms of order dated 02.03.2023. 4. Accordingly present appeal is also rendered infructuous in view of settlement arrived at between the parties. 5.
