The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of the impugned complaint bearing No. NACT/434/2025 dated 03.12.2025 titled as “Ajaib Singh Vs. Pawandeep Kaur” under Sections 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, including the impugned summoning order dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure P-5), in the interest of justice. 2.
