Bahavwala District Fazilka. 2. Learned counsel contends that petitioners have been in custody for the last 1 year, 9 months and 10 days; 2 years, 1 month and 10 days and 1 year, 9 months and 7 days, respectively. He alleges false implication. Their names surfaced based on the disclosure statement of co-accused, Sanjay Kumar. Similarly circumstanced, co-
