Learned State counsel has received instructions from the third respondent/District Education Officer, vide memo dated 12.05.2026, which is retained on the case file along with enclosure as Annexure ‘A’. Referring to the same, she contends that the aforementioned amount of gratuity has been withheld as per the undertaking given by the petitioner dated 12.09.2024, appended to the instructions.
