In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to the effect that the departmental enquiry should be kept in abeyance till the pendency of criminal proceedings arising out of the F.I.R. No.0013, dated 20.09.2025 registered at Police Station ACB Panchkula, District State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Haryana, under Sections 308(2), 238(b) and 61(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Section 7, 13(1)(b) and 13(2) of The Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition the criminal proceeding has been concluded, as such, the present petition has rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the above said submission, the present writ petition is disposed of
