(Oral) This petition is the first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita’, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.348 dated 22.10.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 316(2) of , Police Station Ellenabad, District Sirsa. 2. The abovementioned FIR came into being on the complaint of ‘Maina Devi, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. The pith and substance of abovementioned complaint is that the complainant had purchased a piece of land from the petitioner and his co-accused ‘Gaura Devi’ and ultimately it was found that the area of land sold by them was deficient.
