For the purpose of order, CWP-10563-2015 is treated as the lead case. (2). The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 12.03.2015 (Annexure P6 colly) vide which the order dated 01.09.2014 (Annexure P2) regularizing the services of the petitioner has been withdrawn as well as the clarification dated 28.07.2014 (Annexure P4) being violative of statutory rules (Annexure P1 colly). A further direction is sought to the official respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the light of the policy dated 18.06.2014 and subs
