(ORAL) The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.309 dated 17.10.2024 under Sections 125(b) and 281 of BNS, 2023 (Section 106 BNS deleted and Section 125(b) BNS added lateron), registered at Police Station Kalayat, District Kaithal, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that the challan has been presented, however, charges are yet to be framed in this case and the next date of hearing before the trial Court for framing of charges is 07.07.2026. He, thus, prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before learned trial Court at the time of framing of charges in accordance with law. Allowed to do so.
