The present criminal writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking grant of benefit of parole for 8 weeks under Punjab Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1962 so as to enable him to meet and look after his family members and to settle household affairs. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already sent an application on 30.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) but, the same has not been replied till date. Hence, the petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction be given to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion. 4.
