This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, (erstwhile 482 of Cr.P.C) for quashing of impugned order dated 24.02.2026 passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar (Mohali) (P/3) in case FIR No. 0309, dated 07.11.2018, under Section 4(1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, 1957 (Charge under Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, 1957 was also framed), registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) vide which the bail bonds/surety bonds of the petitioners were ordered to be cancelled, forfeited to the State and the non-bailable warrant of arrest were issued to the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had been regularly appearing before the learned Illaqa Magi
