This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail to him in case FIR No.44 dated 30.11.2024, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Fatehabad, District Fatehabad, Haryana. 2. Earlier petition bearing No.CRM-M-60220-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed as withdrawn on 23.03.2026. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after about 2 months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for the grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
