ORAL 1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0062 dated 08.03.2025 under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 109, 351(3) of BNS, and Section 25 (1)-B of Arms Act, Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3) of BNS have been deleted and Section 3(5) of BNS along with as well as Section 25(1)-C of Arms Act has been added, registered at Police Station Civil Line Jind, District Jind and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties. 2. On 02.04.2026, the following order was passed: “The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR and all consequential p
