This appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (‘the Act’, hereinafter) has been filed with the following prayers: “(a) Set aside the Impugned Judgment dated 12.12.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Delhi in the case titled Omaxe Ltd. v. Praveen Kapoor &Ors. O.M.P. (Comm.) 296/2021. By arbitral award dated 19.09.2019, the learned arbitrator rejected the counterclaims of the respondent-Omaxe and passed the award in favour of the claimants, who are the appellants before us.
