(ORAL) Challenge in the present writ petition is made to the order dated 02.08.2023 passed by respondent No.2 whereby, application preferred under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short ‘the Act’) by the petitioner-landowner was dismissed. 2. In the present case, notification under Section 4 of the Act was issued on 21.11.1997 pertaining to acquisition of land forming part of revenue estate of village Kheri Masania, Tehsil Narwana and District Jind. Award under Section 11 was passed by the Land Acquisition Collector (for short ‘the LAC’) on 23.07.1998 and the market value was assessed @Rs.1,10,000/- per acre. Being aggrieved of the said award, some of the landowners preferred objections under Section 18 of the Act which was partly allowed and learned Reference Court vide decision dated 19.04.2006 re-assessed
