Today the matter was called twice but there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the present case. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for want of prosecution. 3. Accordingly, the present appellant is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. However, liberty is granted to legal heirs of the appellant to revive this appeal, in case any cause of action survives. 5.
