In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-13) as well as order dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-14) whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be prematurely retired from service w.e.f. 17.06.2026. The petitioner has also challenged the Annual Confidential Report (ACR) dated 29.11.2023 (Annexure P-2) recorded for the period from 14.12.2022 to 31.03.2023 and the order dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-6) vide which the representation submitted by the petitioner against the adverse remarks has been rejected on the ground of being time barred. 2.
