The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 05.05.2026 whereby respondent No.4-Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (for short ‘CGRF’) has dismissed his complaint dated 30.04.2026. He is further seeking direction to the respondent not to take any coercive action against him. 2. This is second round of litigation. The petitioner on an earlier occasion approached this Court by way of CWP-9239-2026. This Court vide order dated 17.04.2026 disposed of the said petition with the observation that the grievance stands redressed.
