The instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order/letter dated 15.11.2023 (Annexure P-3), letter dated 24.10.2025 (Annexure P-4) and letter dated 30.04.2026 (Annexure P-5), being illegal and contrary to the provisions of law and facts of the case and have been passed without considering the earlier enquiry/order. 2.
