(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 01.07.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Fazilka, whereby the petitioner had been convicted for the commission of offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and had been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months and has also been directed to pay a compensation of Rs.1,05,000/- under Section 357(3) Cr.P.C. in criminal complaint No.NACT- 38-2017. 2 The appeal preferred by the petitioner against the aforesaid judgment of conviction and order of sentence was also dismissed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka, vide judgment dated 01.05.2026 passed in Criminal Appeal No.243 of 2019. 3 Aggrieved thereof, the instant petition has been filed. 4.
