By this common order, all the aforementioned petitions, the details of which have been given in the heading, are being disposed of as, all the petitions involve the same question of law on similar facts. 2. Challenge in the present petition is to the rejection of nomination papers of candidates seeking to contest in the upcoming elections as well as to the voter list prepared qua the wards in which such elect
