Prayer in this petition filed by the petitioner-wife is for transfer of the petition filed by respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short ‘the Act’) bearing No. HMA/186/2026 (Annexure P-1) titled as ‘Kulwinder Singh vs. Parminder Kaur’, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandigarh to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Fatehgarh Sahib. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, submits that :- i) The parties were married on 28.08.2002 according to Sikh Rites and Ceremonies. ii) Two children i.e. on son aged about 23 years and one daughter aged about 13 years were born out of the said wedlock.
