Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking setting aside of the impugned order dated 28.03.2007 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Moga, whereby, the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender, in case FIR No.21 dated 01.02.2000, registered under Sections 447/ 427/ 147 of the IPC, 1860, at Police Station Baghapurana. 2.
