Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.05 dated 20.01.2025, registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 323, 324, 325, 326 and 34 IPC). 2. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been in custody for about 4 months. He alleges false implication. There is delay of 43 days in lodging the FIR. The injury attributed to him has been declared simple, for which reference is made to MLR reproduced in the FIR, while grievous to co-accused Sukhdev Singh, who is on default bail, vide order Annexure P-3, as also co-accused Angrej Singh, vide order dated 15.10.2025 passed by this Court, Annexure P-2.
