The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNS for grant of anticiapatory bail in FIR No.79 dated 01.04.2026, registered under Sections 21(b) and 27A of NDPS Act, at Police Station City Ratia, District Fatehabad, Haryana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused, from whom the recovery of contraband stands effected, has already been granted regular bail. He, after arguing for some time, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to surrender before the trial Court and prays that his bail application be directed to be decided within a time bound manner. 3. In view of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court that in case the petitioner surrenders within 7 days and files an application for grant of bail,
