(ORAL) By way of present Execution Second Appeal, prayer has been made for setting aside of the orders dated 27.08.2018 & 29.02.2024 passed by the Courts below, whereby the third party objections preferred at the instance of appellants in the execution proceedings have been dismissed. [2] Briefly stating, in the present case, respondent Nos. 1 to 12 / plaintiffs (Decree Holders) filed a suit for possession by way of redemption of the land measuring 26 kanals 4 marlas situated in the area of Village Dudrai, Tehsil Ajnala, District Amritsar. It was pleaded that the land in dispute was owned by one Fauja Singh son of Balaka Singh, who was the real brother of Kharak Singh. The said Fauja Singh was unmarried; died issueless; and his property was inherited by his real nephew Jagir Singh being his legal heir and further a mutation of inherita
