Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 3. Ordered accordingly. 4. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply fresh for regular bail in the first instance before the concerned Special Judge, in case trial is procrastinating and folly thereof cannot be attributed upon the petitioner.
