Present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.235 dated 23.10.2025 under Sections 308(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Bass, District Hisar 2. Vide order dated 07.04.2026, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 07.04.2026, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4.
