The present appeal assails the judgment of conviction dated 03.12.2013 and the order of sentence dated 05.12.2013 rendered by the Court of Sessions Judge, Sonepat emanating from FIR No.158 dated 30.06.2011 under Sections 302, 303, 216, 178 and 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as ‘IPC’) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sadar, Sonepat.
