The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short - ‘the BNSS’) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.41 dated 24.04.2026, under Sections 331(6), 115(2), 118(1), 190 and 191(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short – ‘the BNS’), registered at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala. 2. Allegations levelled as per the FIR (Annexure P-1) are that the petitioner along with other co-accused while armed with bricks and sticks trespassed the house of the complainant and caused injuries upon the complainant party. 3.
