This petition, filed as a PIL, raises an alleged public cause that the beggars and persons below poverty line in the State of Haryana and the Union Territory of Chandigarh ought to be provided shelter homes, food, clothing and be issued Aadhaar Cards. 2. A joint representation in this regard has been made to the State of Haryana as well as U.T. Administration. 3.
