This petition has been filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C) for setting aside the order dated 22.04.2026 passed by ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Bathinda in case titled “State of Punjab Vs Baljodh Singh Etc” arising out of FIR No. 70 dated 05.05.2016 under Section 379- B IPC (303 (2) BNS) registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda whereby non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court due to unavailable circumstances. As such, vide order dated 22.04.2026, the learned trial Court on account of such absence, issued non-bailable warrants of arrest against the petitioner. He further prays that since the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the Court, the impugned order be set aside. 3. N
